1. Warranty and quality assurance

• All our perfumes are original and filled into sterile containers (1 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml) manually from authentic bottles.

• We ensure that each sample corresponds to the authenticity of the manufacturer's fragrance and is bottled in accordance with hygiene requirements .

• Since perfume samples are considered cosmetic products and fall into the category of individually packaged products , they are not covered by the usual manufacturer's warranty , but the consumer's statutory right to receive a quality product does apply.

2. Return and exchange conditions

According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.228ⁱ) and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection :

• Cosmetic and perfumery products whose packaging has been opened or used are not returnable , as these are products that meet hygiene requirements.

• Samples that were ordered according to individual requests (e.g., choosing a capacity or scent) are considered customized goods and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product received is of poor quality or the wrong one.

3. If you received a defective or incorrect item

If you have noticed that:

• the smell does not match the ordered one,

• the sample is damaged or spilled,

• part of the order is missing,
